M6 Performance Plus flagship chassis approved

The San Marino Blue Performance Plus build was driven, listened to, and approved as the flagship chassis. Retuned steering and drivetrain, load-following engine audio, and a paint system that uses the game's own dyes.

What happened

The Performance Plus chassis went through its live-world drive and was approved as the flagship. It carries the retuned steering from the v3 steering pass, a drivetrain that pulls rather than floats, and engine audio that follows load through a small runtime patch instead of a single looping sample.

The native paint system landed alongside it: four finish masters and ten custom dyes using the game’s dye slot, so one bundle serves every colour.

What was learned the hard way

Five earlier builds shipped with all gates green and a wrong body in the bundle, because the swap step wrote over its own source prefab and stacked a new body in on every run. The check that should have caught it could not fail. Both problems are now rules in the standard: verify against the primary asset, and ask of every gate what input would turn it red.
